Q: "I'm getting an error during installation of the program. It says "catastrophic failure" or "Installshield Error -5009".
A: This is most likely due to outdated InstallShield libraries on your PC.
Go to the Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\ directory on your system.
Delete the "engine" folder there (you may want to back this up somewhere on your PC before
you delete it).
Try running the install again.
