How do you actually print to index cards?  The layout is of an index card on a 8x11 sheet of paper.  What about the card itself?

The current index card formats (on the full 8.5 x 11" sheet) are the only ones officially supported, but there's a very good tool created by a customer that lets you get any recipes into Word for printing.  It's called the BOPTool (BigOven Printing Tool) and it's available here:  http://www.bigoven.com/Printing-Recipes-and-Cookbooks-recipe-group47
