Hi, checking Google, this InstallShield error seems to be caused by either not enough disk space during the installation or a corrupted InstallShield cache (caused by past uses / past programs running different versions of Installshield).  Please try the following:

• Verify you've got plenty of hard disk space for the install (the program is about 30Mb, but you need about twice that during the installation process)
• Try deleting the old versions of InstallShield:  http://www.bigoven.com/cs/forums/p/5765/8469.aspx
  

 Thank you for replying.  I have 1.3 tera bytes of free space and I deleted the old versions of InstallShield as discribed in the link you provided. Unfortunatly, I'm stilll unable to install BigOven.  By the way, I'm trying to install the trial version.

Are you downloading and saving the bigoven1.exe setup program, or trying to run it right from the browser?

We haven't seen this here in the labs, but one Google search suggested that it can also be caused by trying to run the installer from the download stream (without saving to your PC first):

 Well, after deleting the file that I had saved on my desktop, I went to download it again, but this time I right clicked on it and used "Save Target As" and saved it again on my PC.  That seemed to work.
