BigOven

I tried to follow the instructions to upgrade from...1.8.6? I just bought it in May. I can't check now because BigOven is completely gone from my machine! I think my recipe boxes are still here, but the program itself is not, and I can't "click the link" it told me to click under help because it's gone, 100%. Is there a link or something where I can redownload it? I bought the Deluxe version, only installed it on this and one other, and the other one had water dumped on it last week!

 Sure thing -- you can always download the product from www.bigoven.com/recipe-software.aspx -- click the "Try" button (even if you are a registered purchaser).  You can retrieve your serial number from http://www.bigoven.com/help.aspx -- there's a "resend serial number" link on that page.
