Importing from Now You're Cooking

Is it possible to easily import recipes from Now You're Cooking? If so, can I import an entire cookbook rather than one recipe at a time?

BigOven supports import from Mealmaster (MMF), MasterCook (MX2 and MXP) and Cook'n (DBF). Does the version of NYC that you have support export to one of these formats?
