When I upgraded I copied the recipe files back upver and that worked fine. But all of the nutrient data I had added isn't there. I'm sure I missed a file somewhere. Can I get a clue ?
The nutrient data is stored along with the recipes themselves, in each recipe box. Are you sure you're viewing the same recipe box?
Not the data for the specific recipe. I had made numerous ingredient additions to the ingredient/nutrition database.
