    Custom mapping with cookbook?

I've been fiddling around with printing a customer cookbook from BigOven and am close to where I want it.

But I noticed that each recipe page is formatted with the Notes: section from Big Oven at the top of the page (even before the short description) instead of at the end of the recipe, where you'd expect to find it.  Is there an easy way to map what fields populate where in the BigOven cookbook software?

The only other way I thought of fixing it is to copy the notes field to the bottom of the instructions field and then delete content from the notes field for each of those 40 or so recipes.

If you know a little HTML, you can find all the Theme templates that BigOven uses in the "My BigOven Recipes/Themes" folder.  These themes dictate how the recipes are printed and viewed on the screen.  The template field you're looking for is @BO_NOTES@.   Hope this helps, thanks!

But that just controls how the recipe appears on my desktop BigOven software, right?  It shows up correctly on my desktop software and prints from my printer just fine.  I don't want to change that.

I was talking about the option through BigOven to have your own cookbook professionally printed.  The problem is when I attempt to upload through the extra download referenced at this BigOven link:  http://www.bigoven.com/printcookbook.aspx

I downloaded the software tool and when upload the files to create the cookbook.  The draft of the cookbook is where the notes show up at the top of the page.  I've tried to edit it at SharedBook (apparently the partner BigOven is linked with to do the printing) but the options there are limited.

Honestly, the problem seems to be an issue at SharedBook and how they map the data coming in from BigOven.  I just don't want to spend $50 each for 3 cookbooks that I'm not totally happy with.

Oh, my misunderstanding, sorry -- didn't know you were talking about the full-color publishing service.  You can customize the layout a little bit once you send the data to the Sharedbook Services, but no, you cannot customize it further or map the fields differently than the way they are designed.  Filed away as a feature request for now, thanks.
