NEW: Post a recipe WITHOUT the desktop software!

We are pleased to announce a major new feature for the BigOven recipe community.

As many of you know, up until today, recipes could only be posted to www.bigoven.com from our award-winning PC recipe software, BigOven for Windows. For people who couldn't (or chose not to) install the recipe software, BigOven was largely read-only when it came to sharing their own family recipes. Not anymore!

As of today, anyone with a web browser can post a recipe to BigOven.com. All you need is a web browser. So, your favorite friend who has a Macintosh can now swap recipes with you. Even Linux users, or those Windows users who didn't want to install our recipe software.

Simply visit www.bigoven.com, and click "Post Recipe" in the upper right corner of the main (red) toolbar.

Get your favorite recipes all in one place -- makes for very quick meal planning when you're stuck at 2pm wondering what to make tonight!
Get tips, ratings and inspiration

Create linked recipes -- ways to use up leftovers, "if you liked this, you'll like this"

Access your recipes from anywhere, including a Web-enabled mobile phone

It's free to post recipes, and note that everyone is eligible for our Monthly $100 Food Photo Contest! So please pass the word along to anyone you know who is a great food photographer, and/or those who want an easier way to publish/share their recipes with their friends.
