I am surprised that Halloween is not listed as one of the occasions under Season/Occasion . Halloween is one of the biggest "holidays" of the year, and there are probably more recipes for it than any other, with the exception of Christmas. Superbowl is listed, but that is only a celebration for the United States, and I am sure that Big Oven is BIG in other countries, that DO celebrate Halloween.
Perhaps it could be included in the next program update.
