• Re: How do we add different YIELDS when adding recipes?

Thank you so much for all your quick replies.  Do you have an estimate for the next update that would include my request?   Thanks again.

  • Re: How do we add different YIELDS when adding recipes?
The "1 Serving" is what all recipes are optionally presented as in Nutrition display, per the US Nutrition Facts format. The "4 Servings" is simply a rounded up (for display purposes only, not calculation) version of "3.5".  It's only for display purposes, not ...

  • Re: How do we add different YIELDS when adding recipes?
You're not limited to the items in the dropdown list -- simply keep typing if you don't want "Servings" or "Dozen", etc.  You can enter fractional serving amounts on the Edit tab, at the bottom of the screen, where it says "Base Recipe Makes".  You can enter 3/4 ...

  • How do we add different YIELDS when adding recipes?

I would like to be able to add different YIELDS when adding a recipe.  Currently it is only 'servings'. And it only ACCEPTS whole numbers!  I would like to enter different items (cups, bars, dozen) or fractions - i.e. 1/4 cup, 24 bars. Also, when entering a recipe I would like to add (for example): 4 cups, 24 bars, 3 dozen ...

  • Re: Importing Recipes - where do they go?
Where do recipes go after you've imported them?  I can't seem to find mine and I've looked in all the sections of the recipe box ( I am using the trial version right now). They aren't showing up when I do a general search either.  I mainly want to use this program ...

To view the whole recipe, simply double-click on the recipe card in the display, and it'll take you to that recipe's full display.  The popup is simply meant as a reminder as you're planning the calendar.
I understand!  I just thought ...

  • Re: Calendar Menu Pop-Up Display Errors!!!
Hi, I don't quite understand your first statement: When I click on a recipe in the Calendar the Menu Pop-Up is NOT displaying correctly Do you mean the on-hovering-tooltip that is supposed to show you a glimpse of the recipe?  It's not intended to load and display the entire recipe (this is for ...

  • Calendar Menu Pop-Up Display Errors!!!

When I click on a recipe in the Calendar the Menu Pop-Up is NOT displaying correctly.  It is NOT including all the DIRECTIONS or they are eliminated all together!  It is NOT consistent though, some show and some do NOT. On the recipes that DO include the directions the words are seperated from one line to the next; ( i.e. Mix all ...

  • Re: Importing a Cookn e-cookbook
Does Cook'n let you selectively highlight and export recipes to a new Cook'n cookbook?  Haven't tried this but there might be an option...
Yes it does let you export a specific Cookbook.  But file is still in .dvo format.  And when you import into Cook'n you can ...
