Imported recipes do not show in View

I imported two soup recipes into a new Soup Recipe Box.

They show in the Edit, Notes/Tags and Nutrition screens, but not the View so I can print them.

What did I do wrong when I imported them?

When I open each of the recipes up they do not show in the View screen and all I get is:

Calendar Menu Pop-Up Display Errors!!!

When I click on a recipe in the Calendar the Menu Pop-Up is NOT displaying correctly. It is NOT including all the DIRECTIONS or they are eliminated all together! It is NOT consistent though, some show and some do NOT.

On the recipes that DO include the directions the words are seperated from one line to the next; ( i.e. Mix all ingredients to

gether). The line spacing shows this way on the screen (with all the blank space) instead of filling up the line with words.

Is it possible that there are 'ingredient' and 'direction' limits within the Pop-Up display area?

Why is it that some recipes show everything and others don't? I'm confused...

Please advise.

*This feature is great BUT I just would like it to work CORRECTLY!!!*

recipe titles too small to see on laptop

i bought a new laptop that runs vista 64 bit. all the recipe titles on the left of the screen are so small i cant read anything. I did figure out how to make the right side larger, but nothing for the left where all of our recipes are. please help~ thank you berrypink

I had Big Oven installed on my windows based computer but it crashed. I had ordered the eDS protection plan so that I can re-download Big Oven. Now we have an iMac computer though so I need to know how to download Big Oven to that. I saved all my recipes onto a thumb-drive. I canNOT remember my serial number from when I ordered it before. PLEASE HELP!!! I MISS BIG OVEN!!!

ham is precooked with bone in each is about 10 lb cooking 4 of them

Program crash on VISTA

When I try to edit several UNITS in a recipe, (changing pounds to lb; teaspoons to tsp), the first correction will take until I make a second correction. When I enter the second abreviation and click enter, the first correction will revert back to the original entry. If I make any correction and hit the down arrow to move the recipe up, the program crashes. Continuous happening.

Vista problems with finding recipes

I upgraded computers and am now running Vist with my Big Oven. I am having a problem when I click the Find button and then the more options button. The next window that opens does not open to the full width of what it used to on Windows XP. I can't widen the box to show the selection options for which recipe box to look in and the Find Recipe and Cancel button are only showing half of the button. Does anyone know how to fix this? Are there going to be any patches of fixes coming for the Vista compatability problems?

The software does not support Chinese (traditional). I am compiling a cookbook in that language. It would be nice if you could fix that.

Can't import recipes after downloading update, getting 'invalid date checksum' error

I loaded a download, and can not longer import recipes (using the gray import button). Am online, that's not the problem. Also have error message 'invalid date checksum' when going to desktop links. After update (tried twice before it worked) I have too many desktop links, all but one getting this message. Never had a problem before - I have the deluxe version.

Mismatched items in shopping list - help please (FAQs already checked!)

When I generate a shopping list, some items appear against the wrong department (e.g. rice vinegar appears against "Rice and Grains" rather than against "Asian" as I have set it). I have checked my ingredient list and do not have a blank ingredient causing this, although I do seem to have a blank department. Is the blank department causing the problem and if so how do I remove it? Many thanks.
