How do I add to the inventory lists?

What I want to be able to do is add to the "Course/Dish" list of tags. I noticed there is no tag for "Beverages" and I'd like to add one there. In the "Preparation Method" list, I'd like to add "Pressure Cook". And, in the "Season/Occasion", I'd like to add "Everyday Meals" for those things I can prepare quickly and easily for dinner after a long day at work!

Can I add tags to these specific inventory lists, or do I have to jumble them all together in the "Other" column?

Question Marks Printing on Recipes

Each time I print a recipe, I get a question mark before each ingredient like this:

? 1 pound lean ground pork
? 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger root

Surely this is not supposed to happen.

How do I get rid of it?

UPDATE:I just noticed that the ingredients are listed side-by-side vs. in one column, which is fine. However, the word "baked" remains uncapitalized online btu not in my recipe. Plus, the degree sign converted to a question mark in the online version, so I wonder if I should use 350F versus the number plus the degree sign.

I just posted a recipe and when I viewed it on BigOven.com, I noticed the following:

The recipe title is in Greek, so I added the English translation in parentheses. For some reason, the first letter after the open-parentheses is NOT capitalized in the online version, though it is in my computer's version. Why did the posting process change the case of the letter?
The ingredients are formatted correctly in my computer's version, but the posted version is messed up.

Thinking I did something wrong, I verified the formatting of the recipe on my PC and reported it to the web site. However, the web version still has the same issues.

How do I correct the web version? Is there something I'm doing to cause the problem?
