Big oven error

two questions - how to change email address, also bigoven keeps wanting to "debug" for the last couple of days, and I don't know how to fix it. Help???!!!

New email address has changed from jfitch@sympatico.ca to jfitch@xplornet.com I don't see a solution in the help faq's, so if there is I'm sorry, but I don't understand it.
