Printing a recipe

It would be nice if there were a PRINT IMMEDIATELY feature that simply printed the current recipe on the default printer. Right now it is Print->Preview and Print->Print Preview->Print->Printer dialog. It is a 5 step process to print a recipe.

I have been researching cookbook software and I really like the features of BigOven.
