Can a user post a recipe and keep it private?

BigOven's website is a great idea. However, if I understand the rules correctly, we cannot post any recipe from our computer that is copyrighted by someone else. I wish there was a private feature. Using iPhone with BigOven application

I recently noticed that BigOven now supports a linkup with the iPhone - however it does not seem to support linking information from the BigOven application on my desktop to the iPhone as it does with the Palm or the WindowsMobile applications. Does anyone know of an application or a way to do this?

iPhone Sync to Desktop

OK, So I have BigOven on my iPhone - works great. Now how do I tell my paid BigOven Windows Version so I can sync and share favorites in both places?I have not found anything on the desktop app to link these up...
