Post-install of update: can't import, 0 recipes in status bar

Did update (BO deluxe version) install w/out removing all data during uninstall of previous version. Searched bigoven.com archive for recipes using FIND button, clicked one result, clicked "IMPORT" button & screen on right changed to Butter Pecan Pie recipe w/ the pic from the garlic thyme...

import recipe

When I try to import a recipe from the web site I get a message saying BigOven has occurred a problem and needs to close. Then it closes and I lose everything.

How can I import a recipe from BigOven.com to my software page in Windows?

I have a new computer and am trying to get my recipes off the old one to the new one? When selecting any recipe on the website from the software (right split screen), the Import button is grey and won't import it. It uses to be green and I could import all recipes on my old computer.

Can't import recipes after downloading update, getting 'invalid date checksum' error

I loaded a download, and can not longer import recipes (using the gray import button). Am online, that's not the problem. Also have error message 'invalid date checksum' when going to desktop links. After update (tried twice before it worked) I have too many desktop links, all but one getting...

Import button on bottom of page not working

I pick a recipe on the web. I click small import button at bottom of the page. Then I click open on pop up box. It does open up my welcome page. I then put in recipe name and bring up the recipe. A month ago the big import button at the top would turn color. I would click this and recipe is imported...
