  • Scaled Recipes in Mobile Device

Hi. I just bought BigOven software. So far, it's great though I have my own set of wishlist. I was wondering if I scaled a recipe from 8 servings to 3 servings and publish it to my mobile device, can I get the scaled recipe instead of the original recipe?

  • "New to the program" - scaling problem

I follow the "Help" advice for re-scaling serving sizes but the ingredient amounts don't change in the scaling column. Is there an additional "enter" function? What am I doing wrong. I am running an evaluation copy. Thanks

  • liter is not Litre

Hello :) Being Australian we use mostly metric measurements mixed. However whener I enter a litre, BigOven does not compute. • [FR] MENUs in the BigOven client

It would be awesome if I could, within the BigOven client, select a recipe or a group of recipes (marked recipes, for example) and save them to a MENU. This menu would also have generous space for notes (like timing, wine pairings, reflections on the success, etc). The existnig MENUs would be accessible...

  • Re: Recalcing recipes

Recipes have two components that determine scaling: 1) The Number of Servings in the base recipe (orange) 2) The current Scale Multiple (blue) The two are multplied to determine the current scaling for printing, etc. When you drag and drop recipes onto the shopping list and meal plan, you are asked how...

  • Recalcing recipes

When adding recipes to my Calendar and changing the scaling of the recipes, is that change in scaling applied to the master recipe itself? IE: Is the master recipe changed if I scale a recipe?
