I have bulk spinach & tomatoes from garder and would like to freeze it does anyone have good tips on doing this

freezing fresh spinach
<p>You can freeze your spinach if you blanch it first. You really have to make sure that you do it quick and have your second soak water very cold and ready to go before you begin. I haven't tried it with tomatoes, but you could just do some canning and have pleny on hand.</p>
