Deleting Recipe Boxes in Big Oven for Windows??

Has anyone had any luck with DELETING a RECIPE BOX in Big Oven for Windows Software Version 1.8.998?  When I do a RIGHT click to delete I get a message - PLEASE SWITCH TO ANOTHER RECIPE BOX BEFORE TRYING TO DELETE THIS ONE, WHICH IS CURRENTLY IN USE.  

Why won't it let me DELETE it when the recipe box is EMPTY?  I couldn't find anything in the HELP section on how to do this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
