George's Asian Barbecued Turkey Wraps

The turkey, hoisin sauce and barbecue sauce is missing from the ingredients list of this recipe.  Sounds like it would be good.  I'd really like to try it.  Does anyone know how much to use of each of these ingredients. ?

By the way if George Ross is out there and reads this I know he could answer my question since his name is on the recipe.
