Hi

Ok.  I guess it is just you and me.  I have been cooking for 26 years, 3 meals a day and I was really burned out.  Now I am trying to cook flavorful, healthy meals and getting a bit more motivated.  I am new to Big Oven and still trying to find my way around.  Well, it is almost time to start cooking.  So far I have chicken breast roasting.  I will see what I am in the mood for after they get done.smiley  So tell me what do you hope for this group?

Hi

I'm trying to expand my choices while I watch my calories. I don't cook low-anything, I just like to cook. So, lately, I'm trying to learn more about vegetarian cooking and new foods. I've got a lot of cookbooks at home but I no longer cook for a family (kids are out of the house) and my husband cooks pasta and eats leftovers most nights. Too carby and tempting for me, so I've tried to keep my own meals simple. I'm always looking for new ideas.

Hi

A great way for me to get motivated into cooking is to ask what my fellow foodies are  cooking everyday for dinner! So what is everyone cooking tonight or tomorrow for dinner? I made Passatelli tonight with homemade toasted garlic bread crostini! It was perfect! This is the Passatelli recipe I used... http://www.bigoven.com/recipe/134184/Passatelli
