Looking for a Thai recipeHopefully someone can help me. Many years ago when I lived in Austin, Texas, we went to this tiny Thai restaurant and I got a dish called "Pad Ka Na". It had chicken and vegetables in it cooked in the natural juices served over white rice. I would LOVE to find a recipe that is very similar if not that particular recipe. Can someone help? |

Re: Looking for a Thai recipePad means stir fry, kana means name of vegetable. I live in thailand now but Pad Kana is always vegetable(kana) stir fry. I have never seen pad Kana with chicken. If stir fry with chicken, name will change to Pad Kana kap gai. kap means with gai means chicken. I agree to antoine6, may be it made of garlic and oyster sauce or thai seasoningsauce with siyukhao(thai soy sauce) is this help you? I am not good at english. I try to write you. |
