Pickled PorkI made pickled pork as part of Alton's Creole Rice and Beans recipe, but now I have leftover pickled pork. I can't find anything else to do with it. Suggestions? |

Pickled PorkI always put extra in the freezer so the next time I want to make red beans & rice, I don't have to wait to pickle the pork. |
