I loved his show on popovers - rushed out and bought the pan but forgot his recipe.  Does anyone have his or any other recipe for popovers and what to eat with them?

Popover Recipe

As for what to eat with them: you can think of them as nice little rolls to bring out before the main course, and then the main course can be anything. You can also cut them open and put scrambled eggs inside, or chicken salad, or chocolate pudding; things along those lines. Hmm... I'm getting hungry typing this.
