ale or laugersi am a non-drinker so i don`t know much about beer ales and laugers I found a recipe for beef jerky that calls for a ale or lauger what are the names of some ales and laogers any help |

ale or laugersWhat recipe is it? Ales tend to be more strongly flavored, and lagers more light. If you're wanting something kind of sweet, I'd recommend either a brown ale or bock beer (Sam Smith Nut Brown Ale or Michelob Amber Bock) or a wheat or white beer (Boulevard Unflitered Wheat or Hoegaarden). If you want a more bitter flavor from the beer, Red Stripe Jamaican Lager would be a good choice. |
