I did a cooked  ham and a chicken on the grill for Christmas with candied Jack Daniel sweet potatoes on the side. I also did a turkey on the grill for Thanksgiving.  This is the first year that I've kept the  grill out in winter. I've been grilling for a few years now ,.but I consider myself a newbie.
