Re: stuffingyou dont want to over bake stuffing. I love stuffing and make it many times throughout the year and I cook it with beef roast as well as poultry. In a casserole maybe three inches high, I would cook for approximately an hour. That way you have a nice crust and really moist dressing inside. I think with stuffing, you have to just keep an eye on it and taste a small bite from under and around the outside of the dish. Let us know how it turns out! |
