About me
I now live in Tweed, Ontario (South Eastern Ontario about 1/2 way between Toronto and Montreal) although most of my almost 60 years I lived in Toronto. New to country life and loving every minute of it.
These days I cook mostly just for my husband and myself but once a year I hold 2 Passover Seders for 20-24 people each night. It's always a challenge to come up with an easy enough yet elegant menu. Looking through the BigOven database has certainly made it easier.
My Favorite Foods
My favourite foods are Indian in origin - I make my own curry paste from a recipe a friend who was raised in Bombay taught me. I also love fish, especially Salmon.
