About me
My wife and I live in South Florida. We enjoy cooking as a hobby and spend time is the islands as much as possible. Cooking for me is a way to unwind after the work day. I became inspired to cook by my brother who is a professional chef.
My Favorite Foods
Favorite foods, that is a hard one. I am a sailor and have always loved the ocean, diving and thus fresh seafood is at the top of my list. Asian inspired dishes like those found at Nobu (great restaurant and awesome cook book)are some of my favorit
