About me
I am definitely not a chef but fairly decent cook and a Grilling Diva. I work fulltime so many evening meals need to be quick and easy. I love cooking for my friends whether it is something simple like kicked up burgers or anything that is more complex. Since I have time on Sundays that is my new recipe day and also the day that I will cook up extras like chicken so I can have it for the following week.
My Favorite Foods
My greatest memories are of my mom cooking and baking for the holidays. She was an amazing baker and even though I have tried to duplicate some of her dishes they have not turned quite right. Some were pretty close though! 
I have managed to duplicate some of our holiday dishes such as her Pierogis which are soooo good!!
About the only thing I am not a big fan of are oysters, some fish and mushrooms. I am also not big into trying "exotic" foods such as brain, etc.
