| 1 Green pepper; diced |
| Sour Cream |
| 3/4 lbRound steak |
| 1 Garlic; minced |
| Diced tomatoes |
| sliced 1 x 1/2 x 1/4" |
| Onions; chopped |
| 1 cn(6 oz) tomato paste |
| Diced avocados |
| 2 cnIdaho kidney beans* |
| 1 tbChili powder |
| 1 tsCoriander |
| 1 tsGround cumin |
| 1 tsDried Oregano |

| Cheddar cheese; shredded |
Idaho Hearty Chili Preparation
Saute onion & garlic in oil; add meat and brown. Add remaining ingredients except condiments. Simmer, covered, 1-1/2 hours; stir occasionally. Serve with choice of condiments. Makes about 6 servings. *About 3-1/2 cups drained, cooked pinto, red, kidney or pink beans can be substituted.
