3/4 tsChili powder
12 ozBeef, ground, lean; broiled, or 12-oz turkey ground cooked
2 1/4 ozCheese, Cheddar; shredded
1 1/2 cBell pepper, green; chopped
1 tsOregano, dried
4 cTomatoes, plum Italian
1 Garlic; minced
1 6-oz canBeans, Kidney red
3 cRice, long grain; cooked
1 cOnions; chopped
1 cCelery; chopped

Individual Chili Pots - Weight Watchers Favorite Preparation

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except rice, cheese, and olives. Cover and simmer over low heat 25 minutes. Stir in rice; heat through.
