easy slow cooker dish
combine all ingredients but the cheddar cheese in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. When ready to serve place in bowls and sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheddar cheese each. NOTE: it's yummy just the way it is or you can use french bread to dip in soup or serve over noodles if you would like.
