| Longhorn cheese; or cheddar cheese |
| 1 dsOregano |
| 1/2 12-oz canOrtega salsa |
| 1 cMonterey jack; Grated |
| 4 ozCream cheese; softened |
| 1 bnGreen onions; finely chopped |
| 12 ozSour cream |
| 1 pkTaco seasoning |
| 1/2 canDiced green chili peppers |
| salt and pepper; to taste |
International Bean Dip (Best Bean Dip Ever Tasted) Preparation
Combine all ingredients except grated cheese in ovenproof dish. Sprinkle top with grated cheese. Bake 1 hour at 300F. Serves 15.
