Original recipe makes 30
1 tsVanilla extract
2 tsBaking Powder
1/2 tsAnise seed
1/2 cButter; margarine
3 Eggs
3/4 cSugar
1 3/4 cFlour; (all purpose)

Italian Pizzelles Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar. Add cooled melted butter or margarine, and vanilla and anise. Sift flour ad baking powder and add to egg mixture. Batter will be stiff enough to be dropped by spoon. Only Problem with this recipe it is incomplete. If you don't know what pizzelles are you won't know how to cook them since there is no cooking instructions. You need a pizzelle iron or maker. And it is very expensive to make.
