3 tbFlour
1/2 cPart skim ricotta cheese
1/8 tsGarlic powder
1 tbonion flakes; Minced
1 ozGrated Parmesan cheese
2 tsVeg. oil
2 Eggs
1/2 tsBaking Powder
1/4 tsDried basil
1/2 tsDried Oregano
2 cspaghetti. sq; Cooked

Italian Spaghetti Squash Fritters Preparation

From: Patricia Moore Date: Sun, 18 Aug 1996 13:44:26 -0700 In blender container, combine all ingred, except sp. sq. Blend until smooth. Stir in sp. sq. Pour mixture onto a preheated nonstick skillet or griddle sprayed with Pam. Cook over med heat until brown on both sides, turning carefully. SAUCE: Combine one 8oz can tomato sauce, 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon dried basil in a small sauce pan. Heat until hot and bubbly.
