Original recipe makes 1 Servings
Cooked hot buttered noodles
1 lbRound steak; cut into strips
1 tbVegetable oil
1/2 lbBulk pork sausage
1 cn(8 oz.) tomato sauce
Parmesan cheese
1 tsItalian seasoning mix
3/4 cApple juice
1/4 cEach chopped red bell

Italian Steak Fiesta Preparation

Notes: By Rosann Harmadi, Lehighton. The Times News, PA Brown steak in oil and remove. Crumble sausage into small pieces and brown. Remove and drain well. Add tomato sauce, juice, onions, peppers and seasonings. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add meats to skillet. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Serve over hot buttered noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
