"Italian" and "Desserts" are two of the tags cooks chose for Italian Strawberry Dessert Crepes."Given 5 stars by everyone in my family. Yums all around. I substituted cream cheese for the ricotta and used a pound of strawberries. Batter made about 10 crepes. Confectioner sugar should be written in the ingredients and used as a garnish. Whipped cream even better on top." - Sherri
