Original recipe makes 6 Servings
2 tbChopped parsley
1 tsBasil
1 cCherry tomatoes, quartered
1 cnGarbanzo beans, drained
1 tsSugar
1 Garlic
1/4 colive oil
1/2 cCelery; chopped
3 tbVinegar
1/2 cRipe olives, sliced
1/4 cChopped green onion
1 cnVEG-ALL Mixed Vegetables,

Italian Vegetable Salad Preparation

1. Combine VEG-ALL, beans, onion and celery in bowl. 2. Make dressing of oil, vinegar, sugar, basil and garlic; blend well and pour over vegetable bean mixture. 3. Let stand several hours or overnight to marinate. 4. Add olives, tomatoes and parsley before serving.
