Original recipe makes 6 Servings
6 slCooked Bacon; crumbled
1 1/4 cSwiss Cheese; grated
1 9" Quiche Pastry
1 1/2 cHalf-and-half
1 tbRendered Bacon Fat; use
1/4 cParmesan cheese; grated
1/4 tsPepper
3/4 cOnion; chopped
3 Eggs; beaten
1/2 tsSalt

Quiche Lorraine Ala Katherine Preparation

SAute onion until tender. Place bacon, onion and cheeses in pie shell. Blend together eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in quiche shell.
