Original recipe makes 12 Servings
4 tbParmesan Cheese -- grated
1 lbMushroom Caps -- whole,
Minced
1 mdOnion -- dice fine
1/2 lbSausage Meat -- Bob Evans
Large
Garlic Clove -- to taste;
1/4 lbProvolone Cheese -- grated

Jans Stuffed Mushrooms Preparation

Saute sausage until crumbly. Add onion and garlic, and cook until soft. Drain sausage mixture. Fold cheeses into mixture, and stuff the mushroom caps. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
