Japanese Noodles

"I thought that this was better than other other japanese noodle recipe I have tried. The only reason I had rated it a four was because i had to add extra ingeridients like garlic, and more soy/teryaki sauce. Amazing recipe though. =D"

Ingredients
| 1/2 cGreen onions; 1-1/2-inch |
| 1 tbDark sesame oil |
| 1 tsginger root; Peeled and grated |
| 3 cHot cooked lo mein noodles |
| 2 tbLow-sodium soy sauce |
Japanese Noodles Preparation
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add noodles, tossing to coat with oil. Add green onions and gingerroot; saute 3 minutes or until green onions are tender. Remove from heat. Add soy sauce, and toss well. Yield: 3 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
