Jewish Apple Cake (2) Preparation
Mix first seven ingredients well. Chop apples coarsely. Mix sugar and cinnamon, then add apples and coat them well. Layer batter and apples in a greased tube pan. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar on top. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 o F. Recipe by: Elizabeth M MacInnes
