1 lgOnion; sliced thin
Rice; or couscous
12 ozBroccoli florets; cut
2 tsVegetable oil
1/4 Stir-fry sauce
1 1/2 cchicken; Cooked sliced
1 Red pepper; sliced thin
1/2 cWater

Quick and Healthy Chicken Stir-Fry, Lhj Preparation

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in broccoli, water and stir-fry sauce. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Stir in chicken and heat through. Serve with rice or couscous. Prep time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes (C) Copyright 1997, Meredith Corporation, All Rights Reserved.
