| 1 pkPudding; french vanilla |
| 1 cnFruit cocktail; well drained |
| 8 ozCream cheese; softened |
Joanies Fruit Spread Preparation
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Form into a ball or desired shape. Refrigerate. May be frozen and defrosted later. Serve with crackers. This makes a brightly colored ball of sweetened, cream cheese to spread on crackers. I think that for those who like fruit and nuts, rolling the ball in chopped pecans would be a nice touch.
