1/2 tsCinnamon
1/2 cSugar
1/2 cOrange juice
4 lgapples, tart; peeled and sliced
Sliced

Quick Apple Dessert Preparation

Place the apple slices in an ungreased 9" square pan. Pour the orange juice over it and sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon. Place the following crumb mixture over the top CRUMB MIXTURE 1 cup graham crackers (i like honey grahams) 3 T. melted butter (or margarine) Sprinkle this mixture over the apples. Cover the pan with foil, and bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking 5-10 minutes more.
