This is the classic Lousiana style cocktail sauce.

Original recipe makes 6
1/2 cupChili sauce
1/2 cupCatsup
1/2 cupHorseradish
1 tablespoonLea & Perrins Worcestershire
1/2 teaspoonSalt
1 tablespoonLemon; or lime juice
1/2 cupParsley; chopped fine
1 teaspoonLouisiana hot sauce
1 poundcrawfish; or shrimp, Boiled

Justin Wilson's Crawfish or Shrimp Cocktail Preparation

Combine all ingredients to make sauce. Pour over crawfish or shrimp, or dip the crawfish or shrimp in the sauce. Serve on lettuce and garnish w/ parsely and a slice of lemon.
