| 4 tbOil, vegetable |
| 2 tbKetchup |
| 1 lbPork chops; boned, julienned |
| 1 tsPepper, black, ground |
| 2 tbNam Pla fish sauce |
| 1 Onion, yellow; chopped fine |
| 1/2 cScallions; chopped |
| 1 tsSalt |
| 2 Eggs; beaten |
| 2 Chilies, red; julienned |
| 4 cRice; cooked |
| 1/2 lbShrimp; small size, shelled and deveined |
| 3 Garlic; crushed |
| 1 6.5-oz cnCrab meat |
Khao Pad (Thai Fried Rice) Preparation
Heat 2T of the oil in wok and stir-fry eggs as you would scrambled eggs, set aside. In the same wok, pour in remaining oil, fry onion and garlic until golden brown. Add pork, shrimp, crab, salt, pepper, fish sauce, chilies, ketchup. Stir-fry 5 minutes. Add eggs and rice. Stir well for 2 minutes.
