Korean Beef Rib Marinade

| 2 tbPaprika |
| 1/2 cReduced-sodium soy sauce |
| 1/3 cOrange juice |
| 1 tborange zest; Grated |
| 4 lgGarlic; minced |
| 1/2 cCider vinegar |
| 1/4 cfresh ginger; Chopped |
| 1/2 tsblack pepper; Coarsely ground |
Korean Beef Rib Marinade Preparation
In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, soy sauce, orange juice, and molasses. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Place meat in a single layer in a glass or ceramic dish.
