"I have always wanted to make homemade gyros, but thought it would be difficult. I am on a tight budget, so I used 1 pound ground turkey from Aldi, at $1,29! This whole recipe costed me less that $3! Lamb or Turkey Gyros Preparation
In bowl combine lamb, spices and mix well shape into two oval 1/2" thick patties. Place patties on rack in broiler and broil till no longer pink 8-10 minutes..turn once.
